## How engagements work

Engagements are fixed-scope and fixed-price. A single automation typically takes one to two weeks; a connected system across a few tools takes three to four. Scope is agreed before any work starts. Hashan works solo — the person who scopes it builds it. Clients own what is built (running on their accounts, with documentation). No custom software is built unless off-the-shelf tools cannot do the job.

n8n (workflow automation), LLM-powered agents (often with RAG over internal knowledge bases), Slack/WhatsApp/Telegram/Email APIs, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, and other CRM/connectors as needed.

## Tools for AI agents (WebMCP)

This site exposes tools to AI agents through the WebMCP Model Context API (`document.modelContext`), enabled in Chrome/Edge via the site's Origin-Trial token. In a WebMCP-capable browser, agents can discover and invoke:

- `book_consultation` — share the 30-minute intro call booking link; optionally saves the visitor's name, email, phone, and what they want to automate (such leads are tagged `agent:<your name>` in the consultant's sheet — pass `agent` to self-identify).
- `get_faq` — answers on who the practice works with, project timelines, the pricing model, NDAs, ownership, and support.
- `list_services` — the four services with descriptions.
- `search_blog` — search Field Notes by keyword, track (build-log / strategy / industry / tutorial), or tag.
- `read_blog_post` — full markdown text of one post by slug.
